Posters in the Library of Congress
The Library of Congress has noticed our poster collection and requested a set for its permanent collection in the photographs and prints division. A set of 12 will be heading to Washington D.C. later this month.
“This gift of posters that are inspired by the national parks posters of the 1930s will bring welcome visual representation of the Great Plains to the poster collections of the Library of Congress,” said Martha Kennedy, curator at the Library of Congress.
Hooray!
If you’d like to purchase the posters, head to Amazon or to Maps&More, a University of Nebraska-Lincoln store.
